Dwayne Grady is a Partner and Wealth Advisor with The Bethesda Group. As the Co-Head of Office, Dwayne works primarily with the firm’s High Net Worth Executives, Retirees, and Business Owners.

His experience lies in the areas of Executive Equity Compensation, Retirement Income Distribution Strategies, Business Owner Retirement Planning, complex Insurance Planning, and addressing asset division issues in High Net Worth Divorces.

With over thirty years of financial planning experience, Dwayne is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®). Dwayne earned his MBA and Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida A&M University.

Prior to joining Prime Capital Financial, Dwayne was Vice President and Co-Head of Office at Goldman Sachs Personal Financial Management.

In his free time, Dwayne is a PADI Scuba Diving Instructor who enjoys introducing others to the marvels of the ocean through diving exploration and underwater photography. He is an avid traveler and very active in Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated.
